WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are available Monday to Saturday by appointment only.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Simply fill out a request form online.  One of our representatives will get in touch with you and finalize the booking.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
We recommend reserving your items as early as possible to insure availability.  Should there be a last minute booking, we will try to make every effort to provide items.

CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF?
You sure can.  We are available Monday-Saturday at our warehouse facilities in Burlingame, CA.  Simply set an appointment and we’ll be there.  Please make sure to have a sufficient amount of space in your vehicle to transport the rental items.

WILL YOU DELIVER MY RENTAL ITEMS?
Yes, we offer delivery.  We offer curbside delivery and pickup service.  Unfortunately, we do not deliver/pick up at event/convention centers.  Our drivers are on deadlines and can not wait in long lines.  Before or after hour deliveries and pickups are available with prior arrangement.  Delivery charges apply.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU OFFER DELIVERIES?
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 2pm.  After hour deliveries and pick ups can be made at an additional charge.  Appointments are required.

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR MY EQUIPMENT DELIVERY?
No, you don’t have to be present for deliveries, as long as you have made arrangements with our team.  We can deliver to someone you designate from your company.

WITH DELIVERIES, WILL YOUR DRIVERS SET UP AND BREAK DOWN THE RENTAL ITEMS?
Unfortunately, our drivers not available to set up and break down.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD FOR MY ITEMS?
All rental items are due back within 5 days.

DO I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEMS CLEAN?
Yes.  Please wipe down all rental items and return in the same condition as when you have picked up.  These rental items are re-rented and future customers will thank you for keeping the items clean.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. You may make additions and modifications up to 10 days before your delivery/pick up date.  Please note some rental items may not be in stock should you add items at the last minute.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No, we cater to all companies, large and small.

HOW ARE RENTAL RATES DETERMINED?
Rental prices are generally 48 hours or a weekend. We like to allow you time to get
the equipment early and prepare for your event with ease.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes, there is a $50 administrative cancellation fee.  All orders are locked in and non-refundable within 10 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES IF WE BREAK OR DAMAGE SOMETHING?
Replacement fees vary according to the item and the replacement fees can be quoted at the time of rental upon request.
